Carolina Clash Rained out for May 10, 2008

The 50 lap, $5,000-to-win Carolina Clash event on May 10, 2008 has been postponed due to rain in the area.  Rain moved into the area around 8:30PM just before Carolina Clash qualifying.  Rain continued to fall at 9:15PM with heavier rain moving into Sylvania, GA.  At 9:25PM the event was postponed to a later date.  Any fans who attended the event tonight will be offered rain checks to return to any future event at Screven Motor Speedway.  The Carolina Clash event will be rescheduled for a date in the future.  For more information on the rain date, please check back soon as the track is working on re-scheduling the event at an open date in the Carolina Clash schedule.  Thanks to all of the fans, who ventured out to the track and all 39 of the Carolina Clash Super Late Models for making the trip to Screven Motor Speedway.  We look forward to welcoming the Carolina Clash back at their rescheduled date.

Bodies :-stock Steel, Aftermarket Or Sheet Metal Fabricated Ok !

Frame: Must Be Stock Clip @ The Crossmember
Can Be Tubed For Reinforcement To Back !

Rear Suspension --factory Style Only--leaf For Leaf Etc.
No Jay Bars ,3 Or 4 Link

Rear -must Be Stock Production

Shocks ----any Racing Shock Allowed

Weight - 2300 Pds Car And Driver After Race- No Cc Rule

Engine -hydraulic Cams Only
Stock Carb Or Up To Holley 500 Cfm

Tires--- Open Racing Tires Only-----no Dot Or Dot Recaps

Wheels - Any 8" Or 10 "

There Is A 15 Minute Window After Mini Stock Feature
To File A Protest By Paying The Money To A Sms Official
